Shipping and Return

Order processing

The order is prepared within 48 business hours in our warehouse.

Order picking is done Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays.

Essential Parfums S.A.S reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

 

Shipping

We offer complimentary ground shipping via Fedex, UPS or USPS on all order in United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and all other US possessions and territories situated outside North America)

Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days

We will not process any orders for which a PO Box or FPO/APO, University Residence Address, Hotel/Motel is provided.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send an email with shipping details and a Fedex, UPS or USPS tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

You, or an authorized person, must sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, Fedex, UPS or USPS will leave a re-delivery slip.

 

Returns

You may return any full Priced product ordered on the essentialparfums.comwebsite for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition (including, if possible, the original delivery box, and a copy of the invoice). We will refuse products that have been opened and/or used, products of which foil or other seals have been opened, or to products or their packaging which are damaged, thus precluding their re-sale.

To return a product you do not want to keep, simply contact our customer service contact@essentialparfums.com to receive a return label via e-mail.

In the event of a return, the price of the goods purchased and the shipment costs shall be refunded in full; however costs of returning the goods remain payable by you.
